Our pricing model is based on how much space your junk takes up in our truck or trailer. Volume is measured in cubic yards, so you only pay for the space you use.

For small jobs/ single-item pickups, we offer a flat minimum fee of $139.99.
This covers items such as:

•Chairs

•Mattresses

•Small appliances

•Single bulky items

For larger cleanouts or mixed loads, pricing increases with how much truck space you fill. The fuller the load, the higher the cost—
This system keeps pricing consistent whether you’re removing a few bags of debris or a full home cleanout.

Some items may cost more due to disposal fees or handling regulations. This includes anything with a freon-charged system, such as:
